His extensive musical résumé includes drumming for The Pretenders, more than two decades as the creative force behind the visionary ambient act Moodswings, and a wide array of production and soundtrack projects.
Before Beautifica, Hood transformed the world of immersive artistic experiences with Mesmerica 360, the record-breaking experience that continues to captivate audiences worldwide.

Star Theater Planetarium at Science Center of Iowa
The Science Center of Iowa engages and inspires Iowans along their journey of lifelong science learning. The 110,000-sq. ft. facility located in Downtown Des Moines features dynamic experience platforms, large format theaters and daily interactive science demonstrations, including the NAEYC-accredited SCI Preschool. The Science Center of Iowa also provides educational outreach programs across the state of Iowa.
The Star Theater Planetarium promises an experience that's both entertaining and educational. With a 50-foot, 360-degree domed screen, this is the largest and most advanced planetarium in the state of Iowa!
