James Hood is the visionary creator behind the world’s most beloved immersive dome experiences: Mesmerica and Beautifica. Now, Astronomica, the final chapter of this incredible trilogy, is finally here.
Known for his groundbreaking multi-sensory projects that blend music and art, James Hood has an extensive musical résumé, which includes drumming for The Pretenders, acting as the creative force behind the visionary ambient act Moodswings, and a wide array of soundtrack projects.
With Astronomica, James invites us to embark on the final chapter of an audio-visual odyssey. While Mesmerica offered a reflection of calm and Beautifica celebrated life, Astronomica takes you on a cosmic journey designed to inspire hope, love, and awe.
Venue Information
B-Dome
B-dome is the first and only geodesic dome in all of Germany designed for 360° immersive events. This stunning 19 meters diameter geodesic dome with internal liner projection system (negative pressure) features breathtaking 6 x 21K Panasonic projectors that create 360º visuals along with immersive 5.1 surround sound.
Located in one of Berlin's most iconic areas, the RAW Gelände is just steps away from the historic Berlin Wall, near the renowned East Side Gallery, making b-dome not only a venue but a landmark destination.
